Games Legend Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Woodmart Games and its affiliates (hereinafter “Woodmart Games” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Woodmart Games’ games, websites and related services (the “Service”). In this agreement “Woodmart Games” means Woodmart located at 294 Bay Meadows Ave Bay Shore, NY 11706. “Woodmart Games” also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by Nitro Games’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

For United States residents, you also agree that disputes with Woodmart Games must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).

It's unreal, uncanny, makes you wonder if something is wrong, it seems to seek your attention for all the wrong reasons. Usually, we prefer the real thing, wine without sulfur based preservatives, real butter, not margarine, and so we'd like our layouts and designs to be filled with real words, with thoughts that count, information that has value.

1. Definition

In these Terms: “We”, “us”, “our” refer to Games Legend. “Customer”, “you”, “your” refer to the person placing an order or using our website. “Digital Products” include game top-ups, gift cards, in-game currency, in-game services, account-related services, and other non-physical products sold on our website. “Order” means a purchase made through our website.

2. Nature of Our Products

We sell digital products only. We do not sell physical goods. All items are delivered electronically, and no shipping is involved.

Our products may include, but are not limited to:
Game top-ups
Digital gift cards
In-game currency
In-game services
Game-related digital codes

Account-based delivery services such as in-game popularity, credits, or other digital services 3. Order Placement When you place an order, you confirm that: All information you provide is accurate and complete You are authorized to use the payment method used for the order You understand that digital products may require account details, game IDs, usernames, server information, or other delivery information depending on the product purchased We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the information provided is incomplete, suspicious, inaccurate, or appears fraudulent.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made digitally through one of the following methods depending on the product: Direct code delivery by email In-game delivery Account-based service completion Manual processing by our support team Other electronic delivery methods shown on the product page Delivery time may vary depending on the product, payment verification, server status, platform restrictions, and the accuracy of the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing the correct information required for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by: Incorrect or incomplete customer details Wrong game ID, username, or server information Customer not responding to delivery requests Payment verification delays Platform outages or third-party restrictions Technical issues outside our control

5. Customer Responsibility

You are fully responsible for: Providing correct and complete order details Making sure your game account or platform account is valid and accessible Responding promptly if we request additional information for delivery Checking that the product is compatible with your account, region, game version, or platform before purchase For account-based services, the customer must provide the exact details needed for completion. Any mistake in the information provided may result in delays or failure of delivery, and we will not be responsible for such issues.

6. Digital Product Policy

Because our products are digital and often delivered immediately or processed manually after purchase, all customers acknowledge and agree that:

Digital items are not returnable once delivered

Digital services cannot be “sent back” after completion

Completed digital orders are considered fulfilled

Orders that have already been processed may not qualify for a refund except where required by law

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered in limited cases, such as:

The order could not be delivered due to an issue on our side

The product is unavailable and no suitable replacement is possible

A duplicate order was created by mistake

A refund is required by applicable law

Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

The customer entered wrong information

The customer changed their mind after delivery started

The customer did not cooperate with delivery instructions

The customer failed to provide required account or game details

The order was successfully delivered

The product was already used, redeemed, or completed

If a refund is approved, it may be returned to the original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on the case and payment provider rules.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file a false chargeback or payment dispute for a completed or delivered digital product.
If you experience a problem with your order, you must contact our support team first and allow us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery proof, communication records, timestamps, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, or dispute resolution services if a chargeback or unauthorized payment claim is filed.
 
9. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing
Refuse suspicious transactions
Require additional verification before completing an order
Payment must be completed in full before delivery begins unless otherwise stated.

10. Order Verification
For fraud prevention and service protection, we may request:
Transaction ID
Order confirmation
Game ID or account ID
Email verification
Screenshots or additional proof
We may suspend or cancel an order if verification is not completed.

12. Prohibited Use

Abuse our support team
Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
Resell or misuse our products in violation of platform or game rules

13. Third-Party Platforms
Some products or services may be connected to third-party platforms, including game publishers, payment providers, or delivery systems.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party platform outages
Policy changes made by game publishers or payment processors
Account restrictions imposed by third parties
Delays caused by third-party systems
Any third-party names, logos, or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Losses caused by incorrect customer information
Delays outside our control
Account issues caused by the customer
Platform-related restrictions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the specific order in question, where applicable and allowed by law.
15. Account and Security
If our service requires account details, you are responsible for ensuring the security and accuracy of the information you provide.
You must not share credentials you are not authorized to use. We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized access, account misuse, or account suspension by third parties.

16. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without written permission.
